Private Lessons – by request

One style of yoga might not be the best for your body or personality. In a private session you can customize a practice that’s best for you. My intention is for you to leave feeling comfortable in both body and mind. I include Buddhist meditation, partnering, and Thai massage in all my classes. I offer a variety of class styles from 60 or 90 minute durations, and each class can be modified for your needs. Please contact me for rates and scheduling.
